I’m stoked to be able to share my latest victory in publishing with you. At the beginning of the summer, I was contacted by an editor and asked to submit a story to a horror anthology. I’ve always enjoyed horror and I’ve written a scary story or two, but I haven’t been actively pursing horror writing.
But I think I might. Not only was my submission accepted, I landed the first story in the collection. So what’s the story? All I can tell you is that it’s a creepy, Tales From the Crypt kind of thing. Darkly humorous at times with a gut-punch of an ending.
Interested? You can order direct from the publisher. I’ve got the link down at the bottom.

Potter’s Field #5
Alban Lake Publishing
From the Back Cover:
Strangers and paupers, the homeless and derelict, murder victims and victims of wrecks and crashes in seas and trackless wilderness, soldiers and plague victims heaped in mass graves. All have tales untold. Their families and friends, their classmates and neighbors think of them from time to time, sometimes wondering if they are alive or dead. Their fates are guessed, surmised, possibly correctly.
Resign yourself to the same fate as all others, take comfort in commiserating while you can, and hope for that blessed more beyond. Welcome to the Potter’s Field.
